Black beans pizza
Ingredients:
– Black beans
– Wheat tortilla
– Tomato sauce (I have used fresh tomatoes, green chilli, salt, oregano and blend it).
– Shredded fat free cheese
– Onion
– Green onions
– Bell pepper
– Oregon
Direction:
Pre heat oven, place the tortilla on a wire cooking rack and transfer to the rack into the oven. Bake for 1-2 , thinly slice red onion, bell pepper and green onions. Leave the tortilla on the cooling rack while adding the toppings. Top the pizza with tomato sauce, black beans, shredded cheese, sliced veggies and oregano. Bake it for 5 minutes till cheese melts.
